This is not a one or two month hiccup.

If the transaction goes completely smoothly without an agent with no hiccups then it's usually just luck or an experienced buyer and seller.

Currently working on finding home insurance that will tolerate some remaining knob & tube wiring :( Hoping this hiccup doesn't throw a wrench into my first deal!

Florida is infamous for trailers and condos and modular homes being TRASHED in value every little economic hiccup.

Overall, it went really smooth with no major hiccups.

Only one contractor (carpenter) said he was fine working, but not alongside other guys.I think there are contractors that are willing to do the work and not afraid of working in a vacant house.

Have had some hiccups with the property but they have been very helpful and responsive throughout!

Definitely some hiccups along the way - there were some issues with the heating system which I didn't find out until it got cold, so had to work through that. 

I’m a wholesaler, so I’ve started adding value to my agent in other ways, such as presenting their listing offers alongside my cash offers and cold calling their lists of leads (and we split the leads depending on what solution the seller prefers).If my broker didn’t send in my lower offers, I’d honestly find another broker.
