Did you get into real estate to create margin and freedom in your life? 

First thing to understand, St Cloud area has a significant % point of rental units too ownership far above state average, with that knowledge at hand know regulations were far more relaxed for some time, and than a few persons came into the market and took advantage of that freedom and in short created a situation that forced the city into action, it's just that simple.

I work in the financial crimes investigation field, and I'm excited to connect with like-minded individuals/investors  who can provide guidance/support as I have a huge passion for real estate and financial freedom.

Do you see parallels between the world of real estate investment and the freedom of the skies?

This profession can be tough, especially when starting out for reasons mentioned above, but it is also extremely rewarding, fun, and allows you the freedom to live life the way that you want to live it rather than sitting in a cubicle being yelled at by 4 different bosses about a deadline.
