Since I personally always get the most out of conferences when I have dedicated time after to decompress, digest, and implement what I've learned, I booked a private beachfront villa with some friends for a few days immediately following BPCON (checking in the afternoon of Wednesday the 9th, checking out the morning of the 12th) just a few miles up the beach from the Moon Palace Resort, and we have a couple of beds still available so I wanted to extend the invite to folks here.A couple photos of the villa are below, and some of my favorite features of this place include:- Direct beach access off the back porch- Private heated infinity pool- Private furnished terrace- Private resort access- Wifi- Indoor jacuzzis- Private kitchen- Air conditioningShoot me a DM if you're interested!

This is a great explanation of the market.I will add to the City of Neighborhood parts; that the market can be so drastically different less than a mile apart.Point breeze is struggling, while Fitler Square is a fast paced market.

Also to eventually own a home within 50 miles of the Aspen CO area (winter/employment location). 

Problem I see though, is Sat-Sat stays breaks the weekend in half.  

I think at least half the people saying lever up, borrow more, don’t pay anything off, are cute, to say the least. 

If you eyeball how full the parking lot is on historic google street view, has it gone from always packed 10 years ago, to half full 5 years ago, to 1/4 full today? 

If they are supportive, but don't want to read up in the beginning, at least you have discussed it and they will come to it when they are ready (or when they get rid of you for half a year).

So, we're thinking of selling the older houses and buying a newer house in Las Vegas (within 5 to 10 miles from Fremont/Strip area).

So neighborhoods haven't improved noticeably since they were half the current price.
