I live in summit county, graduated high school in Stark county and now work in multiple county’s!

I just graduated from college with light debt.

At the moment i am just concerned with being able to purchase/invest in a property as i don't think i will get full-time job in like 2 years or so (maybe later because i think i may want to take some time off after graduating pursuing other things) and i would like to start doing RE as soon as possible but it seems that there is no other way besides co-signing or doing trying to file income under tax returns as kevin mentioned and hopefully i will get approved by a lender

I just graduated and now work a full time job so I only have a limited time after work and on weekends. 

My dad always stressed the importance of living below your means and that living mortgage free can free up money to allow you to do what you want in life.My wife and I got married after graduating from college and moved into a small home we had purchased.

I am majoring in Industrial Engineering and plan to go into consulting for a few years upon graduating while I pay down my student debt.

I most certainly won't let fear get to me and at some point very soon I am going to graduate from just  studying and proceed with marketing and drawing up contracts!

I'm a little biased as I grew-up in Killeen up until I graduated from High School in 2000 and moved to Austin where I still currently stay.

I just graduated from Illinois state university with a construction management degree and looking to get involved in real estate investing.

So I find myself in a situation where I have the opportunity to get my graduate degree paid for by the military.
