Alan Kirkham is WealthAbility’s client success manager who is amazing at lying about doing things he has no intention of doing like providing a refund.

Not sure why someone would want to say things that are misleading why lie about doing a model that seems just like a typ model out there not sure what the purpose would be. 

I am particulalry concerned for those who spend hard earned money on courses and mentorship where they are taught to use credit card debt to fund the downpayments and/or improvements and the ease of funding deals when in actuality the only funding available is high interest alternative lenders. yes West Philly, you are 100% right social media be lying!

so I have a tenant that is 2 months behind in rent now I gave enough warnings and chances and they just keep lying.

There will come a day when she's a month late and you'll lie to yourself that "she always catches up" and "at least I'll earn an extra $50 in late fees" but then the money never comes.

So don't always believe those podcast, many of them are lying trying to sell courses or have fractional shares in projects and act like they own it all. 

People remember (and share) when they were taken advantage of and lied to.

Hi Al, It depends on where your stance on having a legal separation between personal and business lies, and your future goals. 

In fact I sent him 95% of the leads and when I asked him again for our money back, he panicked and said he would work his butt off to get us a house, which was a complete and utter lie.
