Think of it this way...real estate pays the investor through 5 channels: appreciation, cash flow, amortization, depreciation, and inflation profiting.

There is a new smoke detection unit that has been appearing on my facebook feed which also does noise detection and is being marketed towards STRs.

Within 1 year we were publishing in booking and a few smaller channels and tied in to a pricing engine, lock automation, setup a set of great communication workflows, etc.

I keep seeing a company on my Facebook feed claiming they do it for ten percent and assumed that was the going rate.

I'm in Connecticut and I'm thinking of attending some of these to try and find my first deal. any and all feed back is welcomed.

Off-market deals can sometimes offer unique opportunities and less competition, allowing you to potentially find properties at better prices or with favorable terms.On the other hand, for the Dayton and Cleveland areas, you may find that there are great deals available primarily through on-market channels.
