Bottom line:  for anyone in the know at all  the MOrris pitch was pure fantasy and feel good none of it was true.. its was all just a big web of lies spun by professional actors..

I can move the house quickly for this price, and probably hit average DOM at this price, but it's a complete waste of time to entertain this delusional fantasy price you just stated. 

I have a Google voice # but it is being used for a radio talk show I host (fantasy football show, if anyone is interested) and I tried to get a new google voice number but I cannot because the phone number is being used for my radio show.

I am not sure how this deal is structured if you have to provide the 2 bath per unit or not or if you could make the other 3 units 2 bed etc; in a fantasy world I would make my unit a 3/2 and make the other units 2/1. 

And it's solving this problem better than other stores of value.In the 90s and 00s, people saw the concept of sending electronic messages and mail as a hilarious futuristic fantasy.

Everyone thinks they can walk out of college making 80k+/yr without paying their dues and then when they can't they refuse to work for less because they already sold themselves on this fantasy dream.
