I really feel that the North Forth Worth, Alliance/Justin area is starting to really explode, so I have serious fear of missing out on what could be a good opportunity long term. 1.

It seems Austin is going to grow so large that those areas will become almost as hot as Austin and end up exploding in appreciation.

I really picked an awful time to start this process ...just as housing prices are exploding. 

This year, my husband and I have huge goals to explode our real estate work (investing and traditional buy/sell).

Of course, if that happens, speculators will move in and just explode prices if that law changes. 

I'm in a similar position in Utah, crazy market and my first rental exploded in equity and have also been thinking along similar lines on what to do next.

((head explodes)).  100% insane and infuriating, especially considering none of their FAQs or applications or anything say anything about this, just says "tenant must be a current resident". 

Now the market has exploded here though, and we can do better.
