This one of those issues where I say - Everyone should have a standard contract that they use - your contract should be an evolving document.  

I have spent the past 15 years grinding out various parts of my days, nights and weekends honing a stock market strategy that continues to evolve to this very day (minute).

Most likely, they will continue to evolve and change as you do the same in your investing career.

I know tht realtors who want to build long term relationships will need to pay attention to the power of the web and social networking.I think one of the drawbacks might be the need for increased security from hackers seeing that large databases will probably be centralized.I noticed google is willing to provide info, tool, training and hosting for those wanting to develope their own projects.http://code.google.com/The internet is evolving so rapidly, with opportunities presenting themselves daily, that I'm planning on going back to school and focusing on web programing.

Marketing isn't rocket science, it's mostly common sense... benchmarked, tracked and ruthlessly evolved.

They’ve shown they can evolve industry beyond automotive so I think it will grow nicely in the next while, though maybe a bit longer time horizon.

Over time that evolved into a very large multi family  business.

I can tell you which definitely not to use -  Evolve :)  and I am sure the reasons which prompt me to say that are going to be similar for someone like Vacasa ..
