I would love to benefit from the savings of grouping the listings as a primary with add-ons, but the last time I tried that, there were multiple issues on their end.

I figure the properties on the market the longest are the hardest to sell for some reason.. overpriced, ugly, other issues..

I have seen issues like this and WORSE brought right to the district attorney's office with the same kind of result.

An in-house attorney would focus on resolving issues efficiently rather than driving up fees with extra billable hours, which can happen with outside firms.That said, I’m questioning whether this is the best perspective.

Another issue I had with him was he did not priortize my needs at urgent times during my transaction with him.

It does however give you a degree of independence to choose what you want to do.As your portfolio grows you'll also feel the weight of future capex responsibility more, which ironically points you to growing more cash flow through more real estate.The other issue is that you are chasing a moving goalpost.

Redlining IMO would only be an issue if @Jimmy O'Connor said to stay away or refuse to do business somewhere; he did not do that, he just pointed out property characteristics.

You can wind up with title issues if you are not careful.
