Is it worth dividing the electric meter?

I have a big garage that has electricity and plumbing already and has a second floor.

Perhaps even a few LED lightbulbs to help with energy costs.

You must pay the electric bill.

There's time, money and energy that goes into getting your license.

They have all utilities on the property so we use electrical and then every couple of weeks we run a water hose to an external tote we use for our water.

Don't waste any mental energy thinking about what the Fed does.Find good deals. 

To manage this, find the average electricity, water, and gas usage in your area.
