Account Closed  Good post and lots of great feedback here, I think one issue that is missing is SHOULD wholesaling be outlawed and, while I know this will draw fire from some, overall the answer is probably yes at least partially.

Go so far as draw up a site map of it all to really get it to sink in for the fella.

He has even come to my personal house to pick up money and some things I ordered from Amazon to be installed in the property, and fronted some of his own money to keep things moving while I wait for the draw from my lender to clear.
