Puneet Pal Singh Is it good idea to invest in Toledo, Ohio Area?
16 February 2024 | 60 replies
G'Day everyone,Been kind of bored lately and stayed away from the forum for a few years so here I am in 2024 and ready to "troll" away again hahaMight as well kick start with a post about Toledo.Nice battle further above with Toledo vs Cleveland.Lot's of panties getting caught in a tangle hehe 😘10+ years ago when we started working in Toledo, I'd get laughed out of every room.Quite a different laugh nowadays (Because I'm laughing) heheSeems like everyone and their dog wants to invest in Toledo and probably rightly so.Low entry price point, high rents, decent rental demand and decent/employed tenants.Granted, it doesn't get much more boring than Toledo when it comes to capital growth and infrastructure.

Michael K Gallagher Some fantastic Loan products for House Hackers in Central OH from Park National
14 February 2024 | 6 replies
I obviously can't speak to all the details as I'm not an LO but from what I understand (from their flyer) it's a conventional product, Park National keeps the paper and services the loan, it has no PMI, Is a 100% financed product, and comes with $15K to use for closing cost, rate buy down, or principal buy down depending on your situation. There is a new top dog in the loan products for house hacking in my opinion, and the best part of it is that its local money, staying local and helping local people.
