As far as a CRM, if you are just restarting, in my opinion a CRM is not the thing to focus on, as it can be a distraction more than anything else until you have enough leads actually coming in, in my opinion.

Otherwise you are far away depending on a property manager that is not making much money off of that project so could be a distraction versus their larger properties they manage that give them a larger revenue base for their business model.Good luck.
