Can they report me for non payment to CBs or will this stand as a disputed amount?

If my card is stolen/fraudulent charges, then I don't have any capital (only that credit amount) tied up during the dispute period. 

I'm not sure the final resolution as that isn't my part of the job, but needless to say the municipality is doing this everyday somewhere and they aren't just going around paying the maximum they possibly can.

I called airbnb they said send him a resolution (bill) for the price of the TV and see if he pays it.

This would leave you with some protection if the tenant were to sue or if you had an internal dispute, but not if you defaulted on your loan.

All in for 10k, sold house for 36,500.Now here's the deal - I'm not disputing your model is most likely easier, more easily repeatable, and more predictable.

A drive by appraisal I had done has been disputed because  the house is a 2 bed but the comps are for 3 beds.Appraiser said he assumed 3 bed because I didn't tell him how many bedrooms were in the house, I say he should and could have found out himself or asked me instead of assuming.It's 30 days since the appraisal was done. 

Again, not something that I feel is actionable.The owner below happens to be on the Board and continues to act as a member of the board during this dispute btw.  

There is little to dispute here as far as failure to perform on the contract (assuming the contract doesn't give them a longer period of time to finish than you are claiming).
