I have found a cute Cottage that has already had all the demo done. it is for sale by owner and they were listing possible owner financing. at 35000 I think this could be a dream situation to get in to.

Has anyone ever used the house demo orders list in their city for leads?

Problem #1- After the demo, we realize that all of the Electrical is a fire hazard and there are no lights in any of the bedrooms or living room...

Michael Corbin if you are planning to rehab, get a quote from a few contractors.If you are just interested in the plot, get an estimate from a demo company to scrape and level the lot.

I have a year to rebuild once I demo the old duplex.

The demo and disposal costs for that type of job are more expensive than one might expect.

Hey so I got a foreclosure at a great price but my budget is very tight so I've started doing what I can which at the very least will be demo.
