Any insight onto how pref equity is typically taxed if you're getting a 10-12% monthly coupon payment? 

Then at checkout I use an additional 10% off coupon I buy on eBay for a dollar.

hi, if you are planning to purchase rookie boot camp for 600 (with tax 625), they lure you that pro membership comes free with it.i totally fell for it.just now, i realized if i did the other way around - purchase pro membership with 20% off at $312, any boot camp is only $132 with some other coupon that is automatically applied which brings total to 444, instead of 625.spent about 200$ over already, haha hope that helps somebody.

When taking title subject to...is there a specific way to make the monthly mortgage payments or would the investor simply send the previous homeowners lender a check along with the payment coupon?
