Just like school used to be, the most important thing you learn in school is how to learn, and how to develop, and how to solve problems because school should give their students the tools to solve problems. 

If done correctly it can be very profitable.

For the HVAC, I'd just question if that's the correct and best way to go about it, but I'm not an expert, but certianly you won't get interest listing a unit for rent or sale without HVAC.

Specifically, the cost to have it corrected is now a known material fact. 

They can be a great tool to get started, especially for flips.

Am I misinterpreting the purpose of the ___ fields, and they just mean "modify this in some way", and in the (G) instance the correct modification would be to delete the payment types which aren't accepted?
