Like I brokered a 22  lot development of duplex's for a builder and just charged him 30k flat fee per sale.. they sold for 225k each back in 05 when I did this and I sold them all in one weekend at a big event i paid for in San Jose CA.. all to CA investors it was my fly and buy program I did in those days..

Their REITs were initially sold to the investing public at $10.00 per share.  

I wasn't saying he sold the really cheap homes.

We send out explicit instructions by email to our guests before check-in and have a hard copy waiting for them upon arrival.

I pull all my copies , approved plans from the county , footer inspections , final inspections , AND I found a copy of the code from 2002 . 

Apparantly that didn't work out for them either as they sold all their properties a couple of months later.
