After cooling down, I thought about it and decided to share the experience with others so that collectively we are better prepared to address these types of responses and determine how best to respond to them. 

And rooms needed to be separated so you only heated (forget about cooling) the rooms that you were living in at that time - Good point!

My last trip out I went by some of the product and while the area is really cool I think quite attractive the lots very large and the homes pretty large.. the build quality for 900 to 1.3 or so was just about what we would see for starter production stuff out our way..
