I would say you would find no precedent for evicting a tenant caught with drugs off premisesWhile I understand your potential concerns, we as landlords do not have the ability to guide our tenants moral compass 

Use a compass (with a pencil in it) to transcribe the angle onto the crown molding - and cut along the line.

If you want this tenant out, for what ever reason, there is absolutely no place for compassion.

But that can be a sort of compass for you as a reminder that you don't need hundreds or thousands of units to become financially free!

It seems like such a simple philosophy, but very few are able to implement it in practice (me thinks that the dollar signs have a tendency to skew one's moral compass).Definitely interested in connecting.

I think you should have some compassion for their situation, and not make it all about you. 

I have a contact in San Antonio and she is a part of BBVA Compass Bank Network   They work a lot with Foreign Nationals and must have some expertise in that arena.  

I have compassion for her and others in her position.

Never do it with emotion, compassion and feelings.
