How do I research the company?  

They make ordering items from different companies easy, and you get discounts from each store that has partnered with them.

That could be your PM company if you plan to hire one.

Call up a few PM companies and see if they will tell you who they use.

I have been using comps from the MLS but as the company grows, I dont have that advantage in other states.
