And they are attracting all the well-to-do Moms & Dads that want their child to have all the amenities of home. 

I currently get child care assistance ( I get about 660 a month of assistance from that), and student loan payments that are based on my income (currently making $19 payments based on my income).

Instead of saying, "Lets make a law that certain crimes after a certain time are excluded", they use it as a poster child to further their agenda to prevent ALL background checks.

If there's a child who lives in the unit who has an elevated blood level, even if it came from outside the unit, and you don't have the certificates, you're going to be target #1 and you won't be covered by insurance without the certificates.So just on that issue alone, yes, even if you have to put it on credit cards, I would get those new windows in, on all the units you're renting out.

It allows for the formation of separate “child” series under the “parent” Series LLC, but the liability is still compartmentalized within the individual “child” series in case there are any legal issues.

The difference is that you can continue building more “child” series to protect you other two (and potential future) properties - compartmentalizing them from you and each other.
