I recently sold a house and they had a home inspection and they came back with a list and I simply told the buyers , No to any price reduction or the "repairs" .

My longest recent rehab was 2.25 months and added a half bathroom, took down 4 walks including load bearing, put up 3 walls, new plumbing, electrical, flooring, huge percentage of drywall, an eye brow porch, new kitchen with full layout change and new bathroom with full layout change.

Hello,We recently bought this 16 bedroom, 4 bathroom motel type room-in boarding house in a low income area in Syracuse.

I have recently started a real estate company with a friend of mine.

Did that change at sometime in the recent past?

Asheville has just recently started to feel like it's beginning to come back online, but a long ways to go for a full recovery.

I hope that they listened to what I said - one recent person who is house hacking decided to look within a 2 hour driving distance instead of buying over a 1000 miles away. 

Just to give you an example, I recently saw a property that has been posted every month for about 10 years.
