You said you got them a countertop stove is that to replace the oven or the burners? 

We have a cleaning lady in today but she's not shop-vaccing up construction debris and the like or standing on a ladder to clean the outsides of the casement windows, picking floor protector boards up, disposing of trash, peeling stickers off of appliances and setting up shelves and burners...Odds and ends like applying Deck Over to the deck, painting basement stairs, etc.

Since that supposed investor backed out  because of the possibilities of being taxed on the money he was going to be investing,  I put things on the back burner since I had some residential real estate deals that I was able to focus on and close.

I knew nothing about the new market and I was focused on learning my new job, so real estate was put on the back burner.3.

But, my ego doesn't want to put building my independent business on the back burner.

I back-burnered this because of some family stuff.

I came very close to 2 deals a few months ago that didn't go through, and eventually I hit a wall and put real estate on the back burner for awhile.

You do sound pretty motivated, but I've seen too many people that are close to licensure and suddenly have a job or life change, and that process gets back-burnered.
