If someone is admitting that they don't have the time for this important process, I don't think it's right to tell them they'd still be better off trying it themselves and painting all agents with a broad brush of mismatched interests.

Tricky part to that is that you have to cut in with a brush and roll at the same time otherwise the edges will be really noticeable, so you kind of need 2 people working together, and you have to roll almost to the very edge of where you cut in, but you don't need any special skills other than knowing how to roll a paint roller on the wall.

Rolled it on, let it set and kept it wet it so it doesn't dry out (do it during the sun-set), then started scrubbing it with a brush (lots of scrubbing).
