I am 20 years old and graduated high school with the honors of both Valedictorian and Student Body President ( graduated with a small class of 122 students)I have been involved in investing for about 2 years have assisted with flipping my brothers homes @Jordan Atkin ( approximately  20 homes in 2 years) during this time frame. 

My dad came and put . 1 little slab of mud on the wall and said his body couldn't handle it.

Unless you are doing a cosmetic makeover (paint, flooring, switch out appliances and fixtures, etc.) you must know the process and what will be required.

I've been a software developer for 17 years specializing in Microsoft technologies and have my BS degree in Information Systems.  15 years ago I started learning about RE investing from a co worker that was embarking on this journey, and I read books like Rich Dad Poor Dad, Cashflow Quandrant, Total Money Makeover, How to Win Friends and Influence People, and other various "motivational/self-help books".  

Looking at this, it looks like I stand to make over 20,000.00 for my first flip.
