Not sure what your price range is but obviously ocean block would rent more frequently for more $.

It's a blocking and tackling, play the long game market right now.

Cleveland is one of the best cash flow cities in Ohio, but it can really go neighborhood by neighborhood and block by block in some areas on the east side, so you really want to lean on that expertise from your local agent / broker.  

Sydicators have popped up like weeds the past few years and not all of them are very sophisticated, some are downright malicious.

@Theresa HarrisThere is one property that’s on my block they had split up and built a adu behind their home.

I can say this - we live in NC and currently use Block Realty here for our property management and the different is night and day.

That would be for a very high end full house with weekly cleaning and amazing furnishings one block from Broadway or the track.  

I could have sued to block the sale but that would have delayed me getting some money back.

The building is also within 3 blocks of more than $20M of for-sale housing to be built as part of my pipeline.
