Im not sure exactly what to do but here is what I do: First I know my market really well which I think is the biggest factor in helping investors.

It makes us feel that they are trying to hide their identities 2) we could not find any information on the founder of the company 3) could not find any info on the company on the internet 4) when they ask us to pay, they have a discount with Zelle.

I would say that is the biggest switch between D4D for investment properties vs a primary residence. 

@Audrey Sommer as many of the folks above have mentioned, Zillow is the biggest platform that I see the majority of our leads come in on.

My last one was my biggest one which included a 1000 sqft extension to an 1100 sqft single-family house.
