Pay for all materials and arrange to have them onsite.

Some people arrange 50 year renewable leases for foreigners through a company with 51% ownership by a Cambodian national.

Easy to do online ordering and have your people pick up in the store or you can arrange a delivery (around here it costs $79 so you want to make it count...).

It's a game changer, especially if you are young and flexible with your living arrangements.
