No alcohol, tobacco or sex.

You can prohibit marijuana just like you can prohibit alcohol.

I also have 15 years of government operations management experience managing multi-million dollar budgets, including real estate transaction, and currently am the Chief Financial Officer for Santa Barbara County's Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health Department, where I am responsible for managing a $106 million annual budget for FY 14-15. 

My main profession as a whole has more health problems, depression, alcoholism, etc than the general population. 

I personally have been putting money into mobile home reits, energy companies and alcohol companies.

Alcoholism grabbed hold and I was chronic late stage by 37.   

My gut says that most accidents occur due to excessive alcohol consumption.I take safety very seriously but like others have said, you can mitigate as much as you can but in the end, you can't fix stupid.

From personal experience with relatives and friends, I pretty much believe that anyone with more than one DUI is an alcoholic. 

If you ban other "mind altering drugs," why isn't alcohol on the list?

Cut subsidies for the corn product, meat product, and tax the hell out of them while you at it, tax even more alcohol and tobacco and the soft drink product.
