And it can be done there locally.When I was active in Jackson there was my company and another called SIF one of the owners was married to a local doctor if I recall. 

@Jonathan Klemm is also a good local resource who is active on here.

Building relationships with wholesalers and staying active in local REI groups has also helped investors I know find opportunities that still pencil out.On the refi side, DSCR loans have been a solid option, especially for staying cash flow positive.

Again, I think from your posts that you are well ahead of many OOS investors actively building their portfolios who post on here.

What actions and/or credentials make a landlord an active property manager to deem rental income/loss active in CA?
