Thanks so much for your help in advance Short answer is yes there are no income products and or stated income products you could utilize till you eventually start filing an acceptable form of income to qualify back for full documentation loans again (eventually).

There is no magic pill out there that gives ultra returns and is ultra safe there are many investments along a SPECTRUM of risk and potential upside with varying degrees of potential tax benefits and deferment strategies. 

Reach out to a few, see who you like and see if they are accepting new clients.

I would recommend that you screen your tenants and have them complete a background check with a company of your choosing and not just accepting Zillows in house background check that some of the tenants already have.

Any special lenders that you were using that accept foreign nationals?

The appraisals that are submitted to us by borrowers “hoping” we will accept them are often performed by “state licensed” appraiser who do not hold the MAI designation.  

Often times, it's figuring out our own workarounds or accepting that there are some obstacles we'll just have to deal with.

I don't have any restrictions on pets with the exception of 2 things: no dogs under the age of 1, and breeds listed on my insurance policy that are not accepted. 

I do NOT accept violent felonies, domestic violence, etc.
