If she sees that you are approaching her with a caring voice, she is much more likely to respond in a likely fashion, and you guys will work things out without a lengthy eviction process, nor a late fee..

Any problems would be fed back to the program which could inhibit the professor's reputation in the academic world.  

The TCPA act prohibits both automatic telephone dialing with recorded voice and texting without consent.

And I also know that many schools use a financial aid calculator that does NOT exclude small family business assets, so probably an academic exercise at the end of the day...)
