If someone came along from the county and demanded we cease, we would, though it's not likely when there's an occasional RVer or tent camper.

That’s gambling, not investing. for those not familiar with what Mello Roos is.. its a Bond that was floated to pay for the infrastructure cost of the subdivision and is added to your tax bill by the county..

It's ridiculous what #'s the county throws out there for tax appraisals some times.

I feel the exchange of currency will be the only part of real estate that will go crypto because cities, counties, states, and etc. like to be sovereign.

There are many similar suburbs along the 270 corridor in North County that would probably have similar housing stock though you may need to look a little east (toward downtown) to find the inventory. 

You can then check with the local county if the deed is in fact in that name (caution: if the property was bought recently, the county may not have caught up on the paperwork).Just be careful and NEVER give any form of cash to the seller, always send EM/downpayment to a title company that you have verified.

So for example Leon county is a hotbed of activity right now.
