I've never been impressed with the aura "secret societies" like the illuminati.

Great topic.In my experience I have seen some very inexperienced investors stumble through a deal (to their credit) in spite of their negotiating skills.Their biggest weapon was coming at the discussions from the place of how they could solve the sellers problem(s).Of course... those that developed more advanced negotiating skills not only increase their profits, they also got more deals to the closing table.One of my all time favorite negotiating books, one that I require all of my clients to read, is The Secrets of Power Negotiating by Roger Dawson.

Or.....maybe.......you are........and want to keep it a secret!

They will teach you all the secrets.

Top three of all time in my opinion:Rich Dad Poor Dad, The Secrets on the Millionaire Mind by Harv Eker, and The Richest Man in Babylon.

Do a deal, and others will want to partner with you after you have proved you can kick butt on your own; it will grow from there. 3 books: Rich Dad Poor Dad, The Secrets of The Millionaire Mind by Harv Ekler, and The Richest Man in Babylon.

We have no secrets. 

As an investor, my education, knowledge must be up to doing my own inspections, calcing my own offer price.I've bought 40+ rentals, I've never been given secret sauce helps from a buyers agent or even deals. 

Let's keep that track record in mind, and not forget that Ben Carson works for a real estate mogul president, before concluding that everything is secret socialism being snuck in the back door.
