As noted above, a lot of buyers in those auctions are the same people who buy dozens if not hundreds of houses in auctions, sometimes all over the state or multiple states.

The tenant base is generally 95% single women with 2 to 5 kids and they flat destroy houses, Not on purpose  most of the time but if you have children all below 10 years old they are just brutual on houses even in the best of situations of which single parent with multiple baby daddys is not the best of circumstances.. full stop.

I half predict possible class action stuff once a same attorney gets wind of the multiples. 

We love thinking outside of the box to be a creative investor using multiple strategies to achieve multiple streams of income & financial independence. 

I will note though that lots of people manage multiple rentals without hiring a STR management company (myself included).

Some lenders might scrutinize multiple properties in the same area under second home mortgages, so you'll want to ensure your intent to use each property personally is clear and genuine.
