I have been a long time observer of the market as I often research the inventory in my spare time but am just now deciding to get my feet wet.

I’m now going from driving, writing down addresses and observing, to writing letters, visiting divorce courts (Weird, but it’s a strategy), and several other methods I’ve picked up to find some great deals.

You can observe and network at your 1st 1-2-3-4-5-6 auctions, before you buy. 

The IRS also observes that when you sell a depreciable asset at a gain; for tax purposes, that gain is generated by market appreciation and depreciation previously taken on the asset.

Hi I've been observing market very closing for Multi-Family- 5 Plexes and or 5+ units buildings in central Texas.  

I WAS prepared and observed that I was the first person who had completed the exam and exited the room and no others for another twenty minutes.

Another interesting observation is that the more expensive the property, the more people seem to be open to it.
