So my advice would be to make sure that you're not still destroying your marriage while you're building your business.

Just understand that partnerships are like a marriage.

In this case there are no children from the marriage, only the 2 spouses.

Through out my marriage my wife had controlled our accounts and bills, she always had me convinced she was better at it.

On the showing, they brought me the IDs, their house selling contract, the husband's senior management job contract and their marriage license, saying that's because they have different last names. 

Either get a marriage license or buy it yourself. 

In commercial it’s almost like a marriage with your lender.

We have a class we are starting that our marriage counselor is paying for as our wedding gift so that’s saving around $1,300 right there!

I'm not going to touch on the GF/Marriage topic but I for the house hack I would recommend you purchase a 2 unit property even if it needed some updating then you can do both a house hack as somewhat of a flip, move into one unit renovate it and then rent it out then move to the second unit to renovate it and continue living there or sell it down the road or rent it out as well once you have met your occupancy requirements for the fha loan.Best of luck
