you have found the holy grail!  

We just did an occupancy inspection in Florissant today on a really nice house and holy crap, you'd think we were slumlords they way they treated us!

Nothing wrong with looking for those but if you look for the holy grail for too long you'll never get started. 

You've found yourself the holy grail with this unit not having turnovers, stop trying to mess it up.

I know this all takes time but when you're new you typically have more time, and knowing how to price correctly is crucial, whether you're working with buyers or sellers.This means that when someone calls you to list their house you'll feel like you have a base of expertise to work from, rather than think (as so many of us have done): "Holy crap, what do I do now?"

They are looking for the holy grail and they will let good deals pass them by and wonder why they can't find any.  

But holy cow is there some bad publicity going around right now on a trailer park that just changed hands a week ago or so and they are upping the rent 150% in 60 days.

Holy crap I sound like a walking, talking realtor advertisement.
