Looks like Samsung and upcoming East village are in around 5 mile distance.Downtown and Domain is around 15-20 mins drive it seems.1.What do you think about Austin SFH prices for next 2-3 years in general?

Crystal Lake is one of the most beautiful lakes around with a very nice public beach in the village but you can pick up properties for much less than TC.
