One of the things I do Is I pay the monthly $20 for ChatGPT, this way I can teach it what I want, of course you have to double check it but I will have it create entire social media posting calendars as well as topcs for me to use.

I have an amazing GC now that I trust completely so I can do a full gut reno without stepping foot in the property and I wouldn't lose sleep over it.

But based on the age of their post and their total number of posts, my guess is we'll never find out.

Most victims of this company are now broke or worse, they are looking at the fall out of signing in full recourse loans that have been foreclosed.
