Would like a paint that is lighter beige/tan.

We have turned to SFH in the growing communities of Maricopa, Casa Grande, San Tan Valley, and Florence.

Light grey or tan (we prefer grey).

But I do have W/D hookups for stackable :) Their kitchen photos and my kitchen look very similar, except their floor is a light shade of brown, more of a tan, and they used a low end SS fridge without water dispenser and with upper freezer lower fridge, so its not a high end french door fridge.

I may install three panels of vinyl fence in tan color, this will help keep their rat dogs out of my yard too.

Paint color is a personal thing but I prefer an off-white or light tan, but it's easy to get the wrong tan.
