A partnership vs. disregarded LLC warrants consideration- you face different reporting requirements, limitations, etc.

Hey @Michelle Baldwin, yes this is a challenge but everyone said it best.Simply, you can just use a different browser to be logged into each VRBO account.I also think that @John Underwoods idea will work as well.

It would be a different story if I were endorsing a business that was not doing a good job.  

LOL   That is exactly what I would expect from the Detroit City Government.If you go there, they are likely going to say you first need a license from a different office on the other side of town and when you drive there, they will say you need an appointment with them, but they only have appointments the third Thursday of each month.  

Don’t Do Multiple Property TypesAvoid the temptation to juggle different property types.

There will be different areas that are better or worse depending on whether you're in search of cash flow or appreciation. 

Find a good lawyer you can make a relationship with to have in your back pocket should you need to sue, use strong contracts, use work tracking apps like busybusy, always have a couple of different contractors on speed dial so you can fire them and replace them immediately. you've got to be bullish, have strong goals in mind.
