I just received my first batch of yellow letters from Jerry Puckett (feels like Christmas!)

Luckily my Uncle mentioned real estate at a Christmas party of ours and I was hooked.

We got Western clothing and jewelry in bulk for Christmas that year.  

Sadly enough the first instant booking we received was Dec 23-27th which means no Christmas at our property for us this year!

I have a few TEsla's and I thought it would be cool to drive them around in my electric car when I am bored... but then I read I have to allow dogs and well that ended that. there are many ways to do real estate part time... and still service your clients. its not all residential you know.And real estate is simply not like it used to be.. if you have weekends and nights free you can make it work.I know when I sold real estate I played golf most every day during the week  130 to 140 rounds a year.. my clients were working I was golfing.. or flying my plane or what have you.. but come 4pm I worked every night till 10 and I worked EVERY weekend.. save thanksgiving and Christmas...

We go door to door at least once a month to check in, provide dump runs, moving boxes, help preparing for HUD inspections, meals, rides, activities for the kids, Christmas caroling and small gifts.  

I have 5 rentals that I have owned for several years now, all 'cash cows' throwing off money, with few maintenance problems.Since Christmas, I have had to replace the water heaters in 3 houses, had the blower motor and control unit in an HVAC unit go out, and have a pipe under the foundation of the fifth house start leaking requiring two holes in the foundation!

Gwen, Monte is nice, but the city is very slow to take down their cute Christmas decorations.
