I could have called the Maryland Home Improvement Commission (MHIC) to check his record for any unresolved complaints prior to sending the deposit.

He says it would improve home resale value and we could use 3-prong outlets (that actually serve a purpose) so things like PC's and other devices that require that plug could have grounding.Has anyone done this or have any insights?

If it were easy to find off market deals under market value that leave room for tons of cashflow improvements, everyone would do it.

I think continuing to improve on upon what we already have in place will allow us to get to our goals faster as opposed to continually changing.

University of PA has their mortgage and home improvement program available in the  Forgotten Bottom which the University considers Grays Ferry but it doesn’t include ‘the real Grays Ferry’. 

Ask if they are willing to do a rapid rescore if there's some room for improving her credit score.
