Unbelievable.I have approximately $3 million net worth and a few different companies.

(Bought for just over $400k now worth around $600,000 )  Converted into Rental in April 2024. 

I honestly find landlording very boring and after many years its not fun.I also have thought of reparing it and then handing it off to a PM company and holding it for longer but dont know if it will be worth it.

And that asset is probably going to be worth a whole lot more in 15 years than it is today.  

David, You may find a 0% down loan but remember this will make your monthly PITI much higher - meaning it will be harder to cash flow, especially at 7% interest rates. 

Typical deal is to buy a property for $2-3 million, put $1-2 million into it, all in for $3-5 million, stabilized asset is worth $13-17 million.
