I think for someone starting out, that doing one yourself could be a good way for someone interested in rehabs to get their feet wet!

I was looking at suburbs to get my feet wet before i venture out to the city.

I do need to get my feet wet with at least one rental property in the not too distant future, and if things go well with that I could certainly see myself acquiring more properties down the road.
