Is it a bad idea to do this without a realtor?

Here I was trucking along as though everything was alright and while I won’t say I think nor thought I was guaranteed success, the idea that I could fail simply didn’t enter my mind.

Replace the toilet and sink and fixtures and you are good to go.I would add that for my market, this would only be a good idea for a low - medium grade finished flip, or a rental.

Keeping track of your personal balance sheet and net worth is a great idea. 

Great idea about seeing if someone is available to check on the property in person for me..

I have no idea how to support myself financially.
