How does chapter 13 change the previous thoughts?

Purchased the property in 2021 on an awesome owner finance note with the intention of starting the build quickly thereafter.We had, what I thought was, a great quote in hand to throw up a pole barn and start our journey towards financial freedom with a grand slam of an investment.

They give me the motivation to pursue things that, although make me uncomfortable, make me want to become a better version of myself.Food for thought, if you find yourself going nowhere for whatever reason, consider the things that prevent you from taking another step forward.

Any thoughts or ideas to make either model work the best (selling on contract or renting)?

The irs exclusion I thought was for ownership, which requires holding Title.
